Welcome to my
pages about Paros. I have been to Paros almost every summer (
and sometimes in the winter)for the last 20 years, And its like
a curse. Even if I make plans to not visit Paros for sure its
the island where I get stuck. Sometimes because of bad weather,
Sometimes no reason at all, I just find myself passing the
windmill at the port thinking what the f..k, I'm here again.
Anyway, I love Paros and I will be back as soon as I can
(Hopefully April 2010)
Its easy to get to Paros. The port of Paroikia is the
most frequent port in Greece after Pireus
Paros is to me a complete island, Here you can find The
busy Paroikia as well as small quiet villages like Marpissa or
Piso Livada. You can easily reach the nearby lovely island
Anti-Paros, Boats run all day, From morning until late
Accommodation is easy to find on Paros, All kind of
categories, From private rooms to A-class hotels

Krios-Martselo beach,
Not far away from Paroikia. There is a boat than runs all
day from Paroikia port to to this beach. Price about 3
Euro/return ticket. I know there is better beaches to find
but this is close to town and I'm very lazy. Its a camping
here
